Springline Advisory seeks an Insurance Tax Director on the Specialty Services team to provide strategic tax leadership for insurance clients, overseeing compliance, provision, and advisory engagements nationwide. This role targets an experienced tax professional who guides high-performing teams, nurtures client relationships, and drives growth for a national accounting and advisory firm.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• 8+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
• Strong technical expertise in corporate taxation, including federal and state tax compliance, planning and consulting.
• ASC 740 tax provision experience required; SSAP 101 experience preferred.
• OIT experience preferred, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8991, and 8992.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, develop teams, and manage relationships.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee complex tax engagements with high-quality client service.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on tax planning, compliance, and consulting.
• Review tax returns, tax provisions, and other deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for expanded services.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Managers, Seniors, and Staff.
• Oversee engagement budgets, staffing, timelines, and project execution.
• Lead complex insurance tax and outbound international tax matters, including cross-border planning.
• Partner with firm leadership on growth and strategic initiatives.
• Stay current on tax legislation and communicate impacts to clients and teams.
