Requirements :

• License : Active Oregon Resident Health & Life Insurance License and Property & Casualty License (Required)
• Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales and the insurance industry (Required)
• Knowledge : Familiarity with available insurance carrier & coverages
• Skills :

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong ability to work independently and manage the team & workload efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in maintaining client records in a database system
• Ability to clearly explain complex insurance information to clients

Responsibilities :

• Client Consultation : Work directly with clients to understand their individual needs and evaluate the most suitable Medicare coverage options.
• Policy Guidance : Provide knowledgeable support and guidance to clients throughout the policy writing and renewal processes.
• Coverage Presentation : Prepare and clearly present various policy and coverage options to clients.
• Record Management : Accurately maintain and update client records within the client management database.
• Client Support : Address and resolve day-to-day client inquiries and issues related to claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates in a timely and professional manner.
• Carrier Collaboration : Liaise effectively with insurance carriers to gather information and facilitate the best outcomes for clients.
• Compliance : Adhere to all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.
