We are in search of an Insurance Specialist I or Insurance Specialist II to join our Idaho Lending and Insurance department in Nampa, Idaho. This full-time position reports to the Director, Operations and is accountable for assisting with providing high quality, profitable and constructive insurance products and related services to customers.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period.
Compensation Information
The base salary range for this position in Nampa, Idaho is:
Level I: $39,000 - $56,400; bonus at target is 6% of salary.
Level II: $43,100 - $64,600; bonus at target is 6% of salary.
