Job summary

HUB International is seeking a driven Insurance Solutions Specialist in Missoula, MT. You will prospect new small commercial lines clients and round out existing accounts, presenting quotes and building long-term relationships within the ISG segment.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in insurance sales, knowledge of small commercial lines, and strong presentation and communication skills. Travel up to 25% and a pathway to grow within HUB await you.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in insurance sales or related field.
• Knowledge of small commercial lines insurance.
• Ability to identify potential clients and initiate contact.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; capable of persuasive proposals.
• Self-motivated with ability to work towards sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve maximum sales volume consistent with HUB goals.
• Identify, qualify, develop and round out new prospects and existing clients.
• Respond to leads and cross-sell lines of business.
• Design insurance plans and recommend coverage to clients.
• Collaborate with HUB Producers to cross-sell commercial, personal, life and benefits lines.
• Prepare and present proposals and close the sale.
• Maintain production reports and attend sales meetings.
