The Auto Club is seeking a goal‑oriented, customer service professional to provide insurance service and clerical support to our insurance agents and members in our branch offices.

In this role you will assist our members by answering questions, taking payments, counseling, and making changes to their existing Property & Casualty insurance policies. Training programs support career development and employee growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in a sales environment strongly preferred.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Superior organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining superior customer service.
• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty License.

The starting pay range for this position is $20.92 – $23.01 per hour. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon your team and individual performance.
