Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Service Agent for an insurance industry client in San Antonio, TX. You will blend high-level client communication with insurance knowledge to handle inbound calls and non-call support.

You will process policy updates, endorsements, and maintain accuracy across multiple carriers while navigating CRM dashboards and telephony tools. This role requires 1–2 years in insurance service, a high school diploma, and a Texas P&C license is preferred but not required; weekend

• Ability to manage 5-10 state licenses and navigate complex CRM dashboards.
• Problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.

• Active Texas P&C License is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, chats, and texts with a focus on warm service and retention/cross-sell identification.
• Process policy endorsements, audits, and updates across 20+ top carriers and 150+ systems.
• Maintain 98%+ accuracy while adhering to state regulations and carrier SLAs.
• Navigate Salesforce, Vonage, and multi-carrier platforms with precision.

Requirements
