Job summary

Confie is hiring an Insurance Agent in Columbia, SC to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. The role offers a competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions and renewal incentives.

You will receive ongoing training, a growth-oriented culture, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a 401K with employer match. On-site location; prior license preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions as well as timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.
• Connects very quickly; educates and advises the customer on products best fitting their needs.

What You Will Do:

As anInsurance Agent, you will be responsible primarily for the sale of nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
