Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
• Experience in marketing and lead generation.
• Property and Casualty license (must have currently).
• Life and Health license obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based approach.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
