Steve Pierick Agency-State Farm Insurance is seeking an Agent Team Member in a State Farm independent contractor capacity. You will provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service while educating clients on insurance options through a needs-based review process.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services, with compensation consisting of salary plus commission/bonus and benefits such as Simple IRA, health benefits,

Qualifications

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
