What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Sell insurance products directly to consumers from various lead sources, including direct response television ads, direct mail, and the internet
  • Provide excellent customer service and support by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products
  • Process inbound and outbound sales and service calls, completing new insurance applications accurately
  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines during all sales transactions

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Knowledge and experience within the insurance industry
  • Must possess a Life and Health Insurance License in the home state, with the ability to obtain licensing in all 50 states plus the District of Columbia
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced inside sales environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent listening abilities
