Job summary

American National invites aspiring entrepreneurs to become multiple-line insurance agents. As an agent you will own and manage your own business while selling a broad portfolio of insurance products and building lasting client relationships.

You will receive paid training, ongoing mentoring, continuing education, and access to company-provided technology and marketing materials. This is an independent contractor role with a tiered commission plan, performance bonuses, and growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate prospects to grow a client base.
• Qualify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions across auto, home, life, agriculture, commercial, and annuities lines.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients.
• Provide ongoing customer service and policy updates to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales performance targets and manage your own business operations.
• Collaborate with the agency network for training, marketing and technology resources.

Training & Support

• Participate in a comprehensive paid training program run by Kelly OCG Services.
• Receive ongoing one‑on‑one mentoring to refine sales skills and product knowledge.
• Access continuing education opportunities to stay current in the industry.
• Leverage company‑provided technology and customized marketing materials.

Requirements

• Positive criminal background and credit check.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business or marketing.
