Cleft on the Rock is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team as an outside sales professional. This full-time role focuses on building relationships with business owners and employees, delivering supplemental insurance solutions, and helping clients protect their financial future.

You will meet clients, conduct presentations, manage your own schedule, and work toward achieving sales targets while enjoying comprehensive training, draw pay, commissions, bonuses, and growth

About the Role

Compensation:$75,000 - $95,000 per year with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses as an independent contractor
Schedule:Monday–Friday, weekends as needed
