• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage prospective clients to discuss their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Conduct needs analyses and recommend the right coverage for new and existing clients.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, and community outreach.
• Manage policy changes, renewals, and client inquiries to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
