trainwell in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our in-person office team. You will source and convert warm leads, focus on new customer acquisition, and serve a growing Spanish-speaking client base while delivering excellent initial service through the first renewal.

The role requires active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, sales experience, and the ability to commute to Mesa.

Qualifications

• Based in Mesa, AZ or able to commute.
• Sales experience required.
• Must hold active Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and convert warm leads into new business — no cold calling required.
• Focus 90% of time on new customer acquisition.
• Serve and grow our expanding Spanish-speaking client base.
• Provide initial customer service and support for your book of business through the first renewal.
• Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and value.
• Participate in daily team huddles and ongoing coaching, in-office
