Job summary

Confie, along with its family of brands, is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative in Pittsburgh for an on-site role focused on selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will build relationships and strive to meet sales goals.

You will receive a base salary plus monthly uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonuses. The position offers $16–$20 per hour with a strong benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits to the bank with documentation in agency management system.
• Connects quickly; educate and advise customers on products that fit their needs.
