Freeway Insurance is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative in Lakeland, FL to market nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers on a full-time basis. Base pay is $15–$18 per hour, with uncapped commissions and renewal bonuses, plus incentives.

You will build client relationships, educate customers on suitable products, and strive to meet or exceed sales goals in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• No cold calling involved.
• Uncapped commission potential and bonuses.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales goals.
• Build relationships with clients and advise on product fit.
• Process transactions accurately and deposit funds as required.
