Freeway Insurance is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative in Deland, FL to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. This on-site role offers a base pay of $15–$18 per hour plus monthly uncapped commissions and renewal incentives.

Qualifications

• Nonstandard auto insurance sales experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• HS diploma or GED required
• Strong follow-up and multitasking skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate handling of currency transactions and deposits with documentation.
• Educate customers on products to fit their needs
