Confie and its family of companies are hiring an Insurance Agent in Covington, GA to focus on nonstandard auto insurance sales for new and existing customers. You will drive growth through relationship-building, meet production goals, and coordinate deposits and documentation in the agency system.

The role offers uncapped commissions, a base salary plus monthly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401K with employer match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurately record currency transactions and deposits in the agency system.
• Educate customers on products best fitting their needs.
