Job summary

Confie is seeking an Insurance Agent in Yuma, AZ to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will handle inbound leads and walk-in traffic, and participate in comprehensive paid training and licensing.

This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, uncapped commissions, lucrative incentive plans, and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K and wellness perks. Bilingual English/Spanish helpful; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales goals
