Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid and current Texas insurance license (Limited Lines or P&C) preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and people skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and learn proprietary software.
• Complete continuing education courses paid by A-MAX to maintain license status with TDI.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers with insurance needs: new policies, edits, payments, renewals, reinstatements.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk suitability.
• Seek new clients and develop clientele through networking and marketing.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Support daily office operations and perform routine tasks.
