The Wesley Rapaglia Farmers Insurance Agency in Granbury, TX is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives for a full-time role. You will develop quotes, present to clients, and close sales while building lasting client relationships in a competitive, growth-focused culture.

Qualified candidates will have insurance experience, an active TX Property & Casualty license, and a willingness to obtain Life and Health licenses if not already held.

Qualifications

• Sales background or client-facing experience required.
• Active Texas Property & Casualty license required.
• Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Develop insurance quotes, present to clients, close sales.
• Engage with hot leads and follow up with prospects.
• Build and maintain client relationships and databases.
• Identify needs and match to suitable auto, home, business and life policies.
• Explain benefits of services and stay updated on competitors.
