Job summary

Allstate Insurance Agency - William Reece is hiring an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency in Chapel Hill by engaging prospects and building strong community relationships. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to demonstrate value and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, qualifying leads, protecting customers with suitable Allstate products, and educating families on safeguarding assets.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire.
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources.
