Confie in Palmdale, CA is hiring an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products. This role includes inbound leads, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package.

No cold calling; base pay plus uncapped commissions with a sign-on bonus up to $4,000. The ideal candidate has sales or customer service experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred, we’ll help you obtain one
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
• Experience in sales or customer service
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
