Job summary

Confie and its family of companies is seeking Insurance Agents in Columbus, OH to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You’ll work with inbound leads and walk-in traffic, with extensive paid training and licensing support.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure accurate accounting of all currency transactions and deposits.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
