They assist the agent in performing sales and clerical functions necessary to write and service our existing customers, and strive to increase business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to attain Insurance Producer license within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and have an aptitude for learning new programs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new multi-line insurance business, quote and bind policies, handle inquiries and processing.
• Provide strong customer service and clear communication across multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the agent and service center staff as needed.
