The Juris Agency is seeking a driven insurance sales professional to join our Minnesota team. You will generate leads, meet clients, and tailor insurance programs to fit individual needs, while thriving on meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities include presenting coverages, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Licenses or willingness to obtain state Property & Casualty, Life & Health licenses are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is a plus.
• Must hold state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) or be willing to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
• Meet with prospective clients to assess insurance needs and explain products.
• Present options, benefits, and coverage details clearly to clients.
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual client needs and budgets.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with regular reviews.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
