Nick Hall - State Farm Agency is seeking an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member to support daily operations and enhance customer relationships. You will proactively market suitable products and services to meet clients’ needs and grow the office through meaningful engagement.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
