We offer many lines of insurance, but more importantly, seek to help people. Local Allstate Agent located in Eatontown. No experience or degree required; we will train you. Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License is needed to start the position, but not to apply. Are you a motivated self-starter? If you like your day to consist of helping people, we are the place!

We offer a Base Salary + Commission Opportunity, varying with PT or FT employment

Candidates will be emailed an online assessment once interest is shown in the position. Assessment must be completed for further consideration of the position.

Remote work could become an option after all training is completed

Role Description

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding and addressing their insurance needs.

Sales Generation: Actively seek out and establish new clients to expand the customer base, ensuring Allstate's suite of insurance products reaches a broader audience.

Insurance Solutions: Provide tailored insurance solutions that meet the specific requirements of clients, enhancing their insurance portfolios.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to strategize and achieve sales goals, fostering a positive work environment.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with informed and up-to-date advice.

Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with Allstate's policies and the industry's regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
  • Eligible for commissions from Day 1 when licensed

Requirements*

- Previous experience in insurance client services or customer support is preferred.

- Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective listening skills.

- Familiarity with sales processes is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

- Insurance license; will discuss options for obtaining
