Job summary

A-MAX Insurance is hiring in-office Insurance Sales Agents in Texas. We offer extensive training, licensing support, and ongoing coaching to help you build a successful career in insurance sales.

hourly pay plus uncapped commission, paid weekly, with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. Attend licensing courses provided by the company and grow with our supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid and current Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs such as new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and questions.
• Inspect vehicles and assess general condition to determine insurance risk.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking and marketing.
• Perform administrative tasks, renewals, and coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Support daily office routines and contribute to a positive team environment.
