POSITION TITLE: Insurance Sales Agent

STATUS: Exempt

LOCATION: Nelson County (office in Lovingston, VA)

REPORTS TO: Agency Manager

Compensation Range:

• Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)
• Base Salary: $37,000 – $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business)
