Pronto Insurance in Los Fresnos, TX, is hiring a full-time Insurance Sales Agent to join a growing P&C team. You will sell auto, home, renters, and commercial products, review performance metrics, and generate local sales leads.

Comprehensive paid training and licensing support are provided. Previous insurance experience is not required, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus for some locations. Schedule includes weekends based on hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service and Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for certain locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry for accurate client information.

Responsabilités

• Sell company products and services through established channels within your assigned territory.
• Review daily engagement metrics to hit performance targets.
• Execute daily grassroots marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Conduct daily follow-up calls utilizing leads from marketing events.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships to drive local marketing.
• Create localized agency campaigns to drive revenue and customer appreciation.
• Maintain client relationships and process renewal quotes efficiently.
• Ensure UW guidelines are followed when binding business.
• Provide fast, attentive customer service, including processing payments.
• Handle end-of-shift financial tasks and daily deposits.
• Maintain a clean agency environment stocked with marketing materials.
• Travel to store locations as needed.
