Job summary

AAA Northeast is hiring a Field Insurance Agent to sell personal lines insurance to members across branches, by phone, online, and in-branch visits. You will compile coverage data, present suitable proposals, and develop leads while ensuring top-tier member service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience required; insurance sales preferred
• Active P&C/personal lines license required; Life license preferred
• Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell personal lines insurance to AAA members via phone, online, and in-branch interactions
• Quote, bind, and issue policies aligning with underwriting criteria and premium data
• Develop leads and referrals; maintain CRM prospect files
• Provide AAA Five Diamond service to clients and assist with payments and account setup
