Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a Field Insurance Agent to deliver personal lines insurance products to members. Training and licensing costs are covered, with remote training and a hybrid work schedule including rotating Saturdays.

You will build relationships with members, meet sales targets, and manage leads using CRM tools, while collaborating with underwriting for accurate proposals and efficient service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Insurance sales experience preferred; licensing training provided.

Responsibilities

• Sell personal lines insurance products to members via phone, online, and in-branch.
• Interact with members in person, over the phone, and online to gather information.
• Provide product and premium proposals that fit member needs.
