Job summary

Confie, a leader in private insurance brokerage with a nationwide footprint, is seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will solicit new business, expand relationships, and ensure accurate handling of currency transactions in the agency management system.

The role offers a sign-on bonus opportunity and a pay range of $40,000–$50,000 per year, with comprehensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.
• Connects quickly; educates and advises the customer on which products best fit their needs.

What You Will Do:
