Minimum Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Texas Property and Casualty resident insurance license
• Current residency in Texas

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient analytical skills for data analysis and decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in outside Insurance Sales
• Extensive experience in community networking, building referral partnerships, and lead generation

Compensation

• Guaranteed Base Pay: $35,000 annually, PLUS commission
• Projected 1st year total earnings ranging from $85K to $95K+ through a combination of base pay and commission
