Mitru & Partners Agency is seeking a Client Success Representative for a fully remote role across the United States. You will convert warm, high-intent leads into success stories by closing premium products and experiences for demanding clients.

The position offers uncapped income, flexible hours, and a strong support framework for professional development. Responsibilities include calling, managing, and closing leads, delivering polished product presentations, and maintaining real-time CRM

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in a high-ticket or consultative environment.
• Elevated communication skills: the ability to command a room a team , a call, or a boardroom with equal confidence.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• A self-driven, relentless, 10X mindset, coachable, competitive, and hungry to grow.
• Comfort engaging high-net-worth business owners as peers, not prospects.

Responsibilities

• Call, manage, and close warm leads with the discipline to consistently meet and exceed sales volume.
• Engage prospects across calls, email, and meetings, building rapport and articulating value the way a trusted advisor would, not a transactional salesperson.
• Deliver polished, confident product presentations that match the caliber of our clientele.
• Maintain accurate, real-time records of every interaction and sales stage in the CRM.
• Sharpen your craft daily through ongoing sales training and professional development.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Client Success Representative, you will be the trusted voice that turns warm, high-intent leads into 10X success stories. You'll close premium products and experiences, events, and business events, for clients who expect a sales process as sharp and credible as the brand they're buying into. This is a career for someone who leads with value, communicates with precision, and carries themselves at the level of the clients they serve.

On-Target Earnings (OTE)

Year 1: $75,000– $150,000

Year 2: $150,000 – $200,000

Year 3: $250,000 – $300,000

Year 3+: $300,000+

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a high-energy, fully remote environment, presence and preparation matter. Schedule is very flexible and you will have the ability to set your work hours.

What You'll Own

Must have a valid US driver's license and reliable remote set up work environment.
