Job summary

AAA Texas LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Agent with a strong drive to source leads, prospect, network, and continually exceed monthly goals in the Texas market. This role offers a $100K+ earning potential and comprehensive benefits through our corporate program.

You will receive paid training, complete necessary Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses, and deliver outstanding customer service while building a profitable, lasting relationship with members.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to source and develop leads.
• Ability to qualify opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior licensing in Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience highly preferred
• Ability to qualify and maintain a Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses
• Have computer experience and good organization skills
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred
• Successful completion of background and credit check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
