Augusta Market is seeking a Licensed Sales Professional to join a high-traffic auto insurance environment. You will generate new business, cross-sell to existing customers, and provide trusted insurance solutions.

We offer licensing support and a team-oriented culture, with opportunities to grow income as you obtain or expand licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Willing to obtain an insurance license upon hire.
• Bilingual is a plus.
