AAA Club Alliance in Christiana, DE, is hiring Insurance Sales Agents for an in-office role. You will identify customer needs, recommend personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products, and maintain insurer partnerships.

MinimumQualifications include 2+ years sales experience; active Property & Casualty and Life Licenses are preferred. Salesforce and Applied EPIC experience are pluses; base compensation $45,000–$47,000 with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.This position is eligible to earn uncapped commission, with forecasted earning potential of $60,000 - $85,000 in the first year.
