The role emphasizes strategic risk identification, data-driven renewal management, and collaboration with business segments and brokers.

You will oversee renewals, manage claims processes, support mergers and acquisitions due diligence, and review contracts to ensure risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years in risk management, underwriting, or insurance brokerage, covering Casualty, Property, E&O, Cyber, D&O, Fiduciary and Crime.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex risk scenarios and coverage structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive the comprehensive insurance program renewal process with data compilation, broker coordination, and coverage changes.
• Manage renewals of Casualty, Property, E&O, Cyber, D&O, Fiduciary and Crime coverages.
• Build strategic internal relationships to facilitate risk identification and insurance coverage discussions.
• Oversee casualty claims leveraging TPAs and insurers for efficient resolutions.
• Support due diligence for mergers & acquisitions, including Reps & Warranties insurance.
• Review contracts to determine appropriate insurance coverage and levels.
