Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Management or related field.
• Four years of experience with commercial insurance policies and programs including contract and certificate management.
• Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record as required for agency mobility.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contracts, licenses, leases and documents to identify risk implications for DART.
• Develop risk management and insurance requirements to address identified risks.
• Coordinate certificates of insurance tracking and interact with brokers and carriers.
• Lead renewal activities for the agency’s insurance programs and prepare budget reports.
• Provide training on insurance and indemnification issues across departments.
