Job summary

G L Homes of Florida Corporation seeks a Risk Management Analyst to support insurance programs through day-to-day account servicing, administrative coordination, and problem solving. This role targets 2-5 years of experience with knowledge of property, general liability, and workers’ compensation coverage.

You will manage policy files, renewal calendars, certificates, and invoicing, while building strong broker, carrier, and vendor relationships. Strong data skills and MS 365 use are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of commercial insurance account servicing experience.
• Familiarity with property, general liability, umbrella/excess, and workers’ compensation coverage.
• Hands-on experience with administrative support, invoicing, and schedules/SOVs.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for corporate and HOA insurance programs; maintain policy files, renewal calendars, applications, certificates, and correspondence.
• Review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy; identify discrepancies and refer coverage concerns to Director.
• Coordinate requests with brokers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams; track issues through resolution.
• Maintain Schedule of Values (SOV) with locations, building details, values, additions, deletions; update brokers for coverage/renewal.
• Gather renewal information (exposure data, loss runs, payroll, sales); prepare summaries for Director.
• Review invoices, installments, audits, and allocations; investigate discrepancies and coordinate timely payments.
• Maintain policy, property, claim, and financial records in RMIS; prepare routine reports.
• Use AI tools and Microsoft 365 to organize information, draft communications, and improve workflows.
• Prepare presentations for internal executives and external parties.
• Support claim reporting, subcontractor insurance compliance, and other department needs; escalate as needed.
