Job summary

CFS in the Greater Orlando Area is seeking an Insurance & Risk Analyst to own enterprise-wide programs across multiple entities and report directly to executive leadership.

You will manage renewals, endorsements, and compliance while supporting governance initiatives and risk analysis for acquisitions. This role offers broad exposure across property, auto, cyber, and other coverage with significant autonomy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, corporate risk management, or brokerage.
• Experience managing commercial insurance programs, renewals, claims, certificates, endorsements, and compliance.
• Experience reviewing contracts and evaluating insurance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• Multi-entity organization experience strongly preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial insurance programs, renewals, policies, endorsements, certificates, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Administer property and auto claims and maintain insurance schedules.
• Review contracts and insurance requirements to identify and mitigate risk exposures.
• Track insurance costs, invoices, and premium allocations across entities.
• Support development of corporate risk management policies and procedures.
• Assist with risk analysis for acquisitions and strategic business initiatives.
• Coordinate business licensing, entity filings, and governance-related activities.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred

Advanced degree a plus
