Role Description

This is a part-time or potentially full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Representative located in East Peoria, IL. The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for building client relationships and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, handling policy payments, assisting clients with claims, and other inquiries. The role involves proactively reaching out to set appointments. Must maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with current and new customers
• Run quote requests for customers
• Complete company training courses
• Resolve and assist clients with inquiries and complaints
• Network with other Centers of Influence
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Provide office support with calls and walk-ins

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service
• Ability to be coachable and receptive to professional development
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in insurance is a plus but not required

Job Details
