Qualifications

• 4+ years insurance coverage and commercial litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills.
• Familiarity with professional liability, general liability, and D&O coverage.
• Litigation experience across discovery, motion practice, depositions, and case management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex insurance coverage and commercial litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Manage depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with colleagues while working independently as needed.
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development, where applicable.
