Restoration 1 of Morris County LLC is seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee reconstruction projects across New Jersey. This full-time role requires managing multiple active projects while delivering excellent customer service. A company vehicle is provided for daily travel.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment. Experience in restoration or insurance repair project management is essential, along with a valid driver's license.

• Experience in restoration, reconstruction, remodeling, or insurance repair project management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high project volume in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, materials, and inspections.
• Communicate directly with homeowners, adjusters, insurance carriers, and property managers.
• Perform site visits throughout New Jersey.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
