Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist in Bothell, WA to ensure broker standards are met and to drive process improvements. The role covers auditing, data analysis, SharePoint management, and supporting licensing and surplus lines.

You will collaborate across regions, develop SOPs, participate in projects, and present updates to leadership. A degree or equivalent experience is preferred and Epic/Patra knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partners with employees, managers, and leadership across all levels to provide guidance, coaching, and operational direction.
• Creates, maintains, and monitors adherence to standard operating procedures, workflows, and organizational standards.
• Actively participates in special project groups to deliver operational improvements with lasting impact.
• Presents at regional service meetings across Alaska, Washington, and Oregon on process improvements and training updates.
• Identifies training and development needs and recommends workflow improvements.
• Performs internal audits and shares findings with leadership to improve quality and compliance.
• Initiates and supports change requests to EPIC and maintains knowledge of ticketing processes.
