Your day‑to‑day as an Insurance Property Inspector

This is a 1099 position with flexible weekday hours: 7 AM–4 PM, 8 AM–5 PM, or 9 AM–5 PM, dispatching daily from home with no central office reporting required.

As an Insurance Property Inspector, you’ll conduct on‑site inspections of homes and businesses, capturing detailed photographs and documenting key features that matter to underwriting decisions. You’ll assess conditions, identify potential hazards or concerns, and gather accurate data that tells the full story. Back at your workspace, you’ll compile thorough, high‑quality underwriting survey reports, ensuring every detail supports informed risk evaluation.

Must have the ability to pass a background check.
