As our Insurance Property Inspector, you'll earn $20-$28 per billable hour.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of homes and businesses, capturing detailed photographs and documenting key features that matter to underwriting decisions.
• Walk properties to assess conditions, identify potential hazards or concerns, and gather accurate data that tells the full story.
• Compile thorough, high-quality underwriting survey reports that support informed risk evaluation.

Schedule

This is a 1099 position with flexible weekday hours, options include 7 AM-4 PM, 8 AM-5 PM, or 9 AM-5 PM, dispatching daily from home with no central office reporting required.
