Job summary

Acunor seeks an experienced Product Owner to lead strategy, discovery, and delivery of digital insurance operations. You will own the product from vision through release, collaborating with business leaders, SMEs, users, architects, developers, data teams, UX and QA to translate complex workflows into scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in product roles, deep insurance domain knowledge, and a proven track record delivering software in Agile settings.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience as Product Owner or similar role.
Experience delivering software or digital products from discovery through implementation.
Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and related processes.
Ability to translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and digital transformation opportunities.
Evaluate opportunities based on business value, ROI, cost, and feasibility.
Own backlog and facilitate decisions around scope, releases, and enhancements.
